I'm Adele Inglis, founder of Less is Maur. Originally from Glasgow, I have been based in Manchester since 2016 after studying and completing my BA Honours degree in professional and commercial dance, which I obtained in 2019. Since then, I have had the privilege of teaching at esteemed institutions such as The Arden School of Theatre, Performers Manchester (Institute of Contemporary Theatre), and Manchester Metropolitan University. In 2024, I completed a PGCert in teaching and learning alongside continuing my work as a performer dancing for the likes of: Aitch, Adidas, JD Sport, Porsche, MIF and Victoria's Secret, as well as serving as a choreographer for projects such as All Things Considered Theatre's "8 Hours There and Back" and resident choreographer for 0161 studios.
